Best known as Dr. Ike, established the Cancer/Blood & Medicine Clinic in 2014 to provide compassionate, evidence-based medicine to the Las Cruces community.

 

He is specialized in treatment for all types of cancers and blood diseases as well as chemotherapy and other infusion therapies.

He is described by many as a compassionate, astute and knowledgeable physician with absolute dedication to the wellness of his patients.

Dr. Ike is board certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine. He received his residency training at Unity Hospital/University of Rochester in Rochester, NY and his subspecialty fellowship at Providence Hospital / Wayne State University School of Medicine (Karmanos Cancer Institute) in Detroit.

Before moving to Las Cruces in 2014, he was an Assistant Professor of Oncology at East Carolina University and Attending Hematologist/ Oncologist with Vidant Medical group.

​

He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
